Why Baytik exists
If you own or manage a chalet, farm, or vacation property in Kuwait, you know the struggle. Booking requests come through WhatsApp at all hours. You scroll through group chats trying to remember who asked for which dates. You accidentally double-book because you lost track. Clients get frustrated. You get stressed.
This is the reality for most property owners in the Gulf. There are global platforms, but they do not understand our market. They want to process payments (which we handle differently here). They do not support Arabic properly. They are designed for hotels, not chalets.
Baytik was built to solve this specific problem. A simple, clean system that works the way property owners in Kuwait actually work. No complicated features. No payment processing. Just a straightforward way to receive booking requests, track availability, and communicate with clients.
